May Edition,Dear Readers image 1

Dear Readers,

This time last year we were unable to go to print due to the first wave of lockdown. I chose the front cover but never saw it in print so could not resist the temptation to have it for this month. I think it is too beautiful not to. If you spot any Bee eaters please send in a photo. May signifies new beginnings with the dawn chorus which could not be more apt and welcome at the moment.

We have expanded our vehicle section yet further this month. We now not only feature a vehicle but also include MotoGP and Formula 1.

We look forward in this edition to the third part of our article about local businesses, community groups and charity’s. Thank you to all who have participated and shared their story. If you would like to share your story, please contact us at info@the-journal.es

With travel hopefully opening up soon please make use of our live flight tracker for Murcia International and Alicante. You can find them on our website along with a multitude of other services including weather, currency convertor and property portal. We hope the announcement will be made on the 9th of May. We will keep you up to date with official information via our Facebook page as well as the website.

For those members of our community that are unable to get here, you don’t need to miss out on your copy of The Journal. You can still keep up to date with all the local news. Please subscribe on our website and you will receive your own copy of The Journal via email every month.

With these thoughts in mind, I will leave you to read and enjoy……
