Camposol sector A (Now known as Los Palacios) began life as early as 1996. The builder known as Grupo Masa began a project which simply grew and grew becoming what Camposol is today. In the early days sector A was the only part of Camposol to exist, and consists of approximately 800 dwellings. There is a good mixture of many different nationalities living here too. There is not a bad view anywhere on this sector. Mountain views exist from all angles and as the area is maturing with some trees now well over 20 years old it is looking very established and attractive. Jacaranda trees dominate the lower car park and are simply breath-taking to see in the Spring.

Sector A is now separated from the rest of the Camposol development as it is divided by the RM3 motorway. Originally this divide, was a single-track road with a crossroads that then became an underpass, which was eventually replaced with the new motorway, effectively dividing sector A from the rest of Camposol.

“Los Palacios” as sector A it is now referred to has a number of business services on offer which include many shops, bars and restaurants. There is a British style butchers, an internet and phone provider, a Spanish ferreteria (hardware store) and 3 hair dressing and nail salons. There is also a formal post office servicing this sector, delivering mail to a secure mail box building.

This sector of Camposol also boasts a state- run medical centre, open to all Camposol Spanish residents, a pharmacy and a business centre. The business centre has facilities for private medical and dental services, a national insurance company (more businesses to list here)

If you are looking for places to eat then there is also a good selection of Spanish, British and Indian food available. Come and visit us on sector A and see for yourselves.
