Dear Readers,

February is most definitely one of my very favourite times of the year. We are lucky enough to live in an area where our local countryside is beautifully adorned by the almond blossom. A warm and welcoming feeling that spring is on its way at last.

With Valentine’s Day approaching I have been thinking about what little gems we have in our area. I have found it very interesting during my research to find out that our area produces some of the most beautiful sea glass. This can be produced naturally or sadly by the waves rolling over waste glass over a period of years. I had never even heard of it before but the front cover is a beautiful piece made from local sea glass.

We also look forward to another favourite of mine…. Pancake day. Not many can resist the urge to flip.

I would like to expand the vehicle section and would very much appreciate any input from you. Although through covid schedules change, we try to keep as up to date as possible. Would you like to see Formula 1, Moto GP, electric cars, vehicles for sale? All suggestions will be very welcome.

I would like to say a big thank you to all our local business’s and services who are trying to navigate the continued changes in restrictions. It is a very difficult time and our community needs you.

Please stay safe and continue to support each other. On that note, I will leave you to read and enjoy……
