Corned Beef and Cabbage in a Slow Cooker
- Corned Beef Brisket
- Red Potatoes
- Baby Carrots
- Beef Bouillon Cube
- Beef Broth
- Dry Mustard
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Caraway Seed
- Trim fat from the brisket, then slice and prepare veggies.
- Place onions, potatoes, and carrots at the bottom of the crock pot, then place the corned beef on top.
- Whisk together the bouillon cube, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, beef broth, and dry mustard. Then pour this mixture over the brisket, and sprinkle in the spice packet (if desired).
- Cover the slow cooker and cook for 8-10 hours on the low setting, OR 4-5 hours on the high setting. Add in the cabbage and caraway seeds during the last hour of cooking.
When ready to serve, discard the liquid, slice the meat, and enjoy!
